Can we start with individual modules and grow into a full line?
Yes. Our solutions are modular: you can integrate just the Loader, MU30, OPCAM, etc., and expand later without redesigning the line.
What does HOTCAM offer compared to traditional inspection?
Hot measurement + self-correction. It detects deviations instantly and adjusts the process, reducing rejects and downtime. Furthermore, it provides traceability per mandrel.
How long does a typical project take and what does commissioning include?
It depends on the configuration, but we usually work in closed phases: design, manufacturing, FAT testing, installation, SAT, and team training. We deliver recipes and documentation.
Does it integrate with our existing control/PLC and quality systems?
Yes. We integrate with standard PLC/HMI and can export data to MES/ERP or your quality system for reports and audits.
What ROI can I expect?
